    • No tip jars. There's a pay button in Resident profiles and pie-menus.
    • All sims will be Mature
      • Mature exhibits will be marked appropriately in the About Land dialog.
      • Signs will be posted at entrances to cultural areas if they contain mature exhibits. This is preferable over having signs on each parcel, since if you're close enough to see the sign, you're close enough to be offended, rendering the sign pointless.
      • Mature content is defined as
        • Profanity
        • Sexual provocativeness/innuendo
        • Depiction of nipples/genitalia
      • Although all sims will be Mature, visitors must:
        • Remain Civil
        • Not display genitalia
        • Not display nipples (If people find it offensive for topless female avatars, then topless male avatars should be prohibited as well)
    • All exhibits must be non-profit.
      • All vendors must be for L$0
      • As per prior decision, charity awareness is okay, fund raising events aren't.
        • Only legally registered charities or in-world groups cleared by legally registered charities will be able to have exhibits in the "Charity" area.
    • All performers with slots booked on the main stages (e.g. not at their own exhibits) must show up 30 minutes prior to their performance to ensure their ability to get on stage.
    • Any performer not able to make it to their slot must provide notification of non-attendance prior to the start of an as yet undetermined period in order to retain subsequent slots. Any notification made during said period will be judged on it's severity. Total no-show (e.g. no notification whatsoever) will result in the performer being banned from future SL Birthday events.

The proposed rules are good & should be accepted.

Is there an architectural & structural concept that would make SL5B extraordinary?
    Possibilities:
    1) the spread out layout of SL4B with several mature sims for each of 5 years -
connected by traditional monorails & roads could be repeated.

    2) A 5 layer stack of sims - one for each year.
    connected by Elevators that provide
    TP reception & orientation areas
"local" elevators for visual browsing of each floor
    express TP to any layer.

No mater what I know i will enjoy watching it grow as much as i did SL4B.

Exhibits for the same culture will be clustered together.

The historical layout wasn't effective, as (to newer Residents) there wasn't really that much distinction between eras.

Until we get an idea of how many exhibits there'll be, we won't know how many sims there'll be :-P
